Stratton Service has been serving the good people of Morley Township and the Rainy River District for 70 years.
The JF Upton Station was originally owned by John Frederick "Freddie" Upton. Upon his sudden passing in 1964, the station passed to Freddie's wife, Kari.
Kari ran the station with an incredible amount of grit and determination until she sold it to Shawn McDonald in 1988 when it became Stratton Service.
Shawn ran the station until his tragic passing in 2011. The station is still owned and operated by the McDonald family.
